As Livestream Coordinator for Insomniac Europe, I was responsible for leading the full livestream production of Amsterdam Music Festival 2024. This included managing a team of over 70 professionals across departments such as camera operations, broadcast direction, signal routing, and technical support.
I worked closely with Creative Director Izah Mueller to translate the show’s vision into a cohesive live broadcast, while also collaborating alongside Jade Boes and her team to align production efforts across all areas. Acting as a central communication hub between creative and technical teams, I coordinated the real-time execution of the livestream to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for the global audience.
